This policy explains what we collect when you shop at REMASTER STANDARD, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, phone (if provided), and order details. If you create an account we store your Firebase Auth identity so you can view past orders. Payment card data is handled by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Support tickets submitted via our Contact page also include the details you provide in the form.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders, fulfill and ship garments, communicate about your order, respond to support tickets, prevent fraud, and improve the storefront. We may use anonymized analytics (for example Firebase Analytics) to understand how the site is used.

Sharing

We share data with services that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments) and Firebase (auth and data). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & your rights

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data via our Contact us page. Some order records may be retained where required by law.
